This Site provides information about Meridian's GPU infrastructure services and a means to contact us. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any forms or communications channels.
Content on the Site, including descriptions of capacity, silicon, timelines, and capabilities, is for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment. Any provision of services is governed solely by a separate written agreement executed between you and Meridian.
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "Meridian" name and marks, is owned by Meridian or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
